A:  We’ve been pursuing our collection for over 20 years.

Q:  I just purchased a train. When will I receive my order?

A:  It will take up to 3 days to process your order. Once processed you will receive a tracking number of your shipment.

Q:  What is your return policy?

A:  All sales are final. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

Q:  What is your shipping policy?

A:  We offer Free Shipping in the US. We do NOT offer free shipping to Alaska*, Hawaii *, & Puerto Rico* (*international shipping rates apply).

Q:  Do you ship internationally?

A:  Yes we do! Shipping cost is subject to change by Country of receipt. Once processed you will receive a tracking number for you order.  We do NOT cover duty or customs of any kind accrued once shipped.
